    A collection of web sites established to give appropriate NIWA research projects a "web presence", where the project is described and data are discoverable and accessible.

  • Continuous monitoring data for flow, turbidity, and nitrate for twelve locations (six constructed wetlands, each with one inflow and one outflow). At each of these twelve locations, discrete samples for water quality analysis will be taken monthly and during 3-5 storm events per year. Monthly and event-based water quality samples will be analysed for TSS, TP, DRP, TN, nitrate-N, ammonium-N, and Escherichia coli. These data will be collected and held in a database (Aquarius) in standard form after being checked for quality assurance.
