BOI Sediment transport - DOBIE deployments

Sediment transport within the Bay of Islands was investigated through a time series of suspended sediment concentration (SSC), temperature, salinity, water depth, wave, pressure, and current data collected by the DOBIE data loggers (see URL link below). These were fillted with pressure transducers and optical backscatter sensors, and at three sites condutivity/tmeperature probles were also fitted. Deployments were made at six sites, and data were collected from the seabed and/or the surface.
