Interpolated surface to represent the distribution of scallop density within Tasman Bay-Golden Bay

GeoTIFF showing the interpolated scallop density distribution in Tasman Bay-Golden Bay. The analysis is based on survey data collected for the Challenger Scallop Enhancement Company between 1994 and 2012. Krigging was used to create this distribution surface using ARCMap 10.1. The underlying data are summarised in the metadata entry "Densities of scallops, dredge oysters, and bycatch in Golden Bay, Tasman Bay, and the Marlborough Sounds".
