Description

Spatial predictions of benthic invertebrate fauna abundance across Campbell Plateau, generated using models developed under the precursor project ZBD2016-11. The dataset will include separate predictions for 20 individual taxa and generated using Random Forests, plus two whole-community predictions (using Gradient Forests and Regions of Common Profile methods), which will be in the form of (1) spatial gradients of taxon turnover and (2) spatial classifications of community type at a number of different class-levels.
