TAN1007 : Kermadec Arc Minerals (KARMA)

A seabed mapping survey in the Kermadec Volcanic Arc using the SIMRAD EM300 multi-beam echosounder and sub bottom 3.5kHz sounder fitted to the R/V Tangaroa. The voyage comprised multibeam mapping of multiple Seafloor Massive Sulphide deposit target areas within Prospecting Licences PL39-194 (Monowai) of 47,000 km2 area and PL39-205 (Colville) of 13,000 km2 area.
